Flights and hotels are the easy part of a UAE itinerary. The ground transport is where it comes apart: a transfer that assumed forty minutes in Sharjah traffic, a day trip to Fujairah booked as a half day, a group of nine sold a seven-seat vehicle. Those become your problem at the moment the client is standing on a kerb.
We publish every rate, so you can price a full itinerary without a quote request for each leg — transfers from AED 130, hourly hire from AED 100, a full day from AED 700, Dubai to Abu Dhabi from AED 450, Fujairah from AED 750. Fuel, Salik, parking and waiting are inside those figures, which means no surprise line items landing on your client after they get home.
Groups run on a single run sheet with vehicles timed to arrive together, and everything you send sits on one account with consolidated billing. And when an itinerary does not work — the driving times do not add up, or the vehicle is too small for the luggage — we say so while it can still be changed, which is worth more to an agency than an easy yes.
