The terms below govern every chauffeur and limousine booking made with Elite Rose Limo. They are written to be plain and fair — the same way we price.
These terms govern the chauffeur and limousine services provided by Elite Rose Limo Luxury Transport L.L.C (“Elite Rose”, “we”, “us”), a company licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (commercial licence 1499166) for passenger transport by luxury motor vehicles. By making a booking with us you agree to these terms.
You can book through this website, WhatsApp (+971 50 286 4464), by phone (+971 4 263 4273) or by email. A booking becomes confirmed once we send you written confirmation of the vehicle, date, time and fare.
Cars from our own fleet are confirmed immediately. Partner-fleet vehicles, such as the Lexus ES 300h and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, are sourced on request and confirmed before any payment is taken.
Our fares are fixed and all-inclusive. Every quoted fare includes the professional chauffeur, fuel, Salik road tolls, parking and up to 60 minutes of airport waiting with meet-and-greet.
We do not apply surge pricing: the fare is the same at 3 a.m. on a public holiday as on a weekday morning. A child seat is AED 25. Round-trip airport bookings and multi-vehicle bookings receive 10% off. Minimum hire is 3 hours within the city and 5 hours for inter-emirate trips.
We accept cash, credit or debit card and bank transfer, in AED. We do not take a cash deposit and we do not place a hold on your card.
Cancellation is free. To cancel or change a booking, please contact us by WhatsApp or phone as early as you can, so we can release or re-assign the vehicle.
For airport pickups we track your flight, so a delayed or early flight does not require you to do anything — your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time.
Airport waiting of up to 60 minutes after landing is included. On hourly and full-day hires, waiting time is included within the booked hours and is not metered separately. Additional waiting beyond an included allowance is charged at the vehicle’s standard hourly rate.
We operate our own fleet and keep every car well maintained. If a booked vehicle becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we will provide a vehicle of the same class or better at no extra cost, or offer a full refund if you prefer. Photographs of the fleet are representative of each model.
Passengers must wear seatbelts where fitted and must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. You are responsible for any cleaning or repair costs arising from damage or soiling beyond normal use.
We take reasonable care to arrive on time and to complete every journey safely. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents or other force-majeure events. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
We use the details you provide only to arrange and deliver your booking and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Elite Rose Limo Luxury Transport L.L.C holds DET commercial licence 1499166.
