Private aviation runs on a different timetable to commercial, and the difference matters most on the ground. A slot moves by forty minutes, the handler updates, and a transfer booked against the original time is suddenly wrong. We work to the tail number and the handler rather than to the time you first gave us.
Give us the aircraft registration, the FBO you are using and your best estimate at booking. We confirm with the handler and adjust as the movement firms up. For departures the car is at your door with enough margin for the drive plus the terminal formalities, not enough margin for exactly one of them.
Fares are the same fixed structure as the rest of our service: transfers from AED 130, hourly hire from AED 100, a full day from AED 700. Fuel, Salik, parking and waiting are inside those numbers, so a delayed movement does not turn into a bill.
