Renting a car with a driver in Dubai is not the same transaction as renting a car. There is no counter, no deposit held against your card, no insurance excess to argue about and no fines arriving by post three months later. You agree a price, a car turns up with a professional driver in it, and that is the end of your involvement with the vehicle.
Rates start at AED 100 per hour with a three-hour minimum. A full day of up to ten hours starts at AED 700, and a named driver on a monthly arrangement starts at AED 5,500. Every one of those figures includes fuel, Salik tolls, parking and waiting time — the number you are quoted is the number you pay.
We do not offer self-drive. Every Elite Rose booking includes a driver, because the whole point of the service is that somebody else deals with Sheikh Zayed Road at 6pm while you answer email in the back.

Not always on the headline number, but the comparison is rarely like for like. A self-drive rental adds fuel, Salik, parking, the insurance excess you carry and any fines that follow you home. Once those are counted the gap is much smaller than the daily rate suggests — and for a day of meetings across town it usually closes completely.
Yes. Every vehicle on our fleet page can be requested by name, subject to availability on the day. If the one you want is out we will tell you before you book rather than send something else and hope.
Three hours for hourly hire. Below that a one-way transfer from AED 130 is usually the better value, and we will say so.
No. We are a chauffeur company, not a rental company — every booking includes a professional driver. If you want the keys and no driver, a rental firm will serve you better.
