When a concierge recommends a car, the guest hears the hotel's name, not ours. If the vehicle is tired or the driver is late, the complaint arrives at your desk. That is the whole reason a desk changes supplier, and it is the standard we would rather be judged against.
Every rate we charge is published, so your team can quote a guest a firm price without calling us first — transfers from AED 130, hourly hire from AED 100, a full day from AED 700, Dubai to Abu Dhabi from AED 450. Fuel, Salik, parking and waiting are inside those figures, so nothing is added at the end and nothing comes back to the desk as a dispute.
The fleet is twelve vehicles, all owned by us and none more than three years old, which means the car in the photograph is the car that arrives. Bookings can run on an account with consolidated billing rather than being settled one at a time, and the phone is answered around the clock — because a 3am arrival is exactly when a desk needs a supplier who picks up.

We operate around the clock and track flights, so a 3am landing is a normal booking. Waiting time at the airport is included, not billed on.
